Immaculate Quality Control management and execution at each project stage: planning, production, packaging, logistics, and installation.
QC execution is proceeded throughout the entire production process by our QC branch on the manufacturing site, as well as by our QC Manager from our headquarter office. QC inspection will continue at the manufacture location until the projects completion.
To smooth or brighten a surface increasing the reflective quality and luster by chemical or physical processes. Generally gloss levels should be + 90 as measured by a gloss meter. To achieve this, final polishing should have been done by latest Italian/ French machines using imported abrasives.employing the best European designed and manufactured laser guided cutting and finishing equipment. All Stone’s testing is done independently by professionals. We execute 100% quality control of each stone which is checked by the QC Manager according to the control samples, and marked as accepted/rejected.
Weekly QC reports which include pictures and Power Point Presentations, are being sent to the customer during the entire production period, packaging and loading.
As you know, the stone products are very heavy and prone to break during delivery and transportation. Our good packing makes your goods safely at the desitnation in good condition, also protect our mutual benefit of sales processing.
The Natural Stone Quality Control is the most important procedure in stone business. Our experienced QC will carefully to examine and inspect all orders according to customers’ request. Before the wooden packing, our QC will inspect each piece of stone tiles and Slabs the color, specification, treatement; also our QC will take the customers’ request in the consideration during QC procedure.
package: Tiles and slabs are packed in styroform boxes and are further packed into wooden crate. Polythene wrapper is made to cover the entire material inside the wooden crate. For random slabs, each slab is packed in a separate polythene wrapper, to reduce or to avoid scratching of tiles and slabs which are packed face to face.
Packaging is also proceeded according to QC instructions (stone location drawing and installation plan enclosed in the crates).
